Steps to Get your Event E-Frame:

2. Submit your info. as per instructions on the page.

2. Select the Event/ Download BIB option & Enter ORDER ID to download the BIB.
Steps : How to Record your Activity:
1. As this is a virtual event, you can do activity at any place between 12 to 15 August 2023 as per your target distance or even more as well as per your best capability. You can record using mobile activity tracking apps like Strava, Nike Run Club, Map My Run, Run keeper or any other app or a wearable device.
2. Download Strava GPS application from here if you don’t have any-

3. Sign Up/ Login to Strava. Record Activity on Race Day.
4. Once the activity is completed, hit the stop button and save the activity.
5. Take a screenshot/photo of the activity.

Steps to submit your activity data timing: (Link will be activated on the Event Day)

Steps to Download your E-Certificate:
1. Go to this URL-

2. Select the Event & Enter BIB number- to download the Certificate.
Notes:
1. You must complete your activity between 12-15 August 2023.
2. You must upload your activity before 16th August 2023 midnight to be eligible for the E-Certificate/MEDAL as per event ticket selection.
3. Top 3 Indians (based on Distance covered) in Running/Cycling category will be honoured & receive the Winner’s Personalized Trophy.
3. The Event Kit (as per registration ticket) will be shipped to your address in 30-40 working days from the day of data submission timeline is closed.
Kindly find a few recommendations to have a good activity:
-> Do have a fruit/banana/dates/energy drink & enjoy the water in the morning ideally 30 mins-1 hr before starting the activity.
-> Do your warm-up before the activity & cool down stretches post activity.
-> Do hydrate yourself at regular intervals with water or electrolyte after every 30 mins based on the weather conditions.
-> Give your best & have fun.
